Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will email you with instructions on how and where to send your package.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
 
Exceptions / non-returnable items
  • Customized Jewelry: We offer personalized jewelry services to our customers, crafting jewelry according to their specific requests. Considering that these items are made-to-order based on individual specifications, we typically do not accept returns. We advise customers to carefully confirm the design and size details before placing a custom jewelry order to ensure it meets their expectations.

  • Jewelry Accessories or Incomplete Items: For jewelry accessories or individual components meant to be paired with other pieces, we may not accept returns. This is because the value and utility of these items depend on their pairing with other components, and we strive to maintain the integrity and perfect match of our products.

  • Personal Adornments: Due to personal hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns of worn personal adornments. This includes items that come into direct contact with the skin, such as rings, earrings, bracelets, etc. We encourage customers to carefully select the appropriate size and style before making a purchase to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience.

  • Special-Priced Items: We may have a non-returnable policy for certain special-priced items, such as promotional items, limited editions, or specially customized products. These items may have unique offers or limited availability, and we urge customers to consider their purchases carefully.

 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
 
 
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 
 
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 
Please note: A maximum of two jewelry items per order are eligible for a refund.
 
Refunds

At Mardaza, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. To ensure transparency and fairness in our return process, we have established the following policies:

  • Restocking and Processing Fee: A $10.00 restocking and processing fee will be charged for all returns. This fee covers the administrative and logistical costs involved in receiving, inspecting, and restocking the returned item in our inventory.

  • Return Shipping Label Fee: If you require a return shipping label, an additional $5.00 fee will be charged to cover the cost of processing and providing the label for the return shipment.

These fees will be deducted from your refund amount. Our return policy is designed to maintain the quality and sustainability of our services while ensuring fairness to all customers. 

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
